Where do my goods ship from?
We ship from sunny Los Angeles, California.
When will I receive my order?
All orders take 1 – 2 business days to be processed before shipment. Once shipped, domestic orders will take about 2 – 5 business days to arrive. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. International orders may take about 1 – 2 weeks depending on whether we ship via USPS or DHL. Your local post office may hold the items due to customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays if your package is held due to customs.
How do I track my package once it's shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package.
Does Shop SeeWhy ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping costs will vary and depend on the item you are ordering. You will be able to calculate shipping costs on the Checkout Page.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We try to process our orders as soon as possible so you can receive them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once the item has been fulfilled and shipped (meaning you have already received your shipping confirmation), we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
