RETURN POLICY

New and unworn/unused items with original tags attached (except for items listed below) purchased online are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Custom orders are final sale.

FINAL SALE (NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS)

  • Reduced or Sale Items
  • Worn or used jewelry
  • Any item that looks worn or washed
  • Intimate items – for health and hygiene reasons 

Please notify us by emailing hello@shopseewhy.com within 7 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and ship to address. In your email, please include your order number and reason for return/exchange. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or if there has been a shipping mistake by us. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) when you mail them. Once your item is received, please allow 2 – 7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns. Please note: custom orders are final sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to make an exchange, please let us know within 7 days of your original purchase and make a new purchase of the style that you want so we can guarantee the item is still available by the time we receive your returned item. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item back to us. Please make sure your return item is in the same exact condition (i.e. returned item(s) should have original tags attached, without stains or odors, etc.) as you received it.
